Laboratory services can be accessed through any of our accredited health facilities across Uganda. Your healthcare provider can collect and send samples to our laboratories for testing.
Turnaround times vary depending on the type of test. Routine tests typically take 24-48 hours, while specialized tests may take several days. Your healthcare provider will be notified as soon as results are available.
All official test results contain a unique verification code and official stamps. You can verify your results by contacting our verification hotline or through the online verification portal.
