NATIONAL MALARIA CAMPAIGN

MOHHeadquaters - 8 June 2022 - The Ministry of Health receives 100,000 malaria testing kits from Josu Links and SD Biosensor in partnership with His Royal Highness, the Kyabazinga of Busoga.

Uganda is currently experiencing an upsurge of malaria especially in districts of Busoga, Lango, teso and Bukedi. The situation is grievous in these areas and His Majesty's visit and intervention is so timely

The campaign to stop malaria is fronted by His Majesty King NadiopeIV of Busoga Kingdom to reduce on the mortality rate in Busoga and Uganda at large

The PS, Dr. Diana Atwine indicated that climate change is one of the contributors and so, the message of climate change should be linked to fight against malaria
