Is a facility based data collection and aggregation system that is used for public health-related decision making. This e-HLIMS (ASLM-LIS) is a mirror of the paper based HLIMS and was developed to ease the adoption process at all sites. The pilot kicked off on 10th July 2017 and runs for 6months.
